After experiencing the worst winter in many years, followed by a very rainy spring, we wanted to express our happiness about our new windows and doors. The doors and windows were installed last fall and we quickly noticed an improvement in the warmth of our home. When it came time to wash the windows after that very rainy spring, it was a pleasure to be able to complete the job in a few small hours - from inside the house!

Once again I have had the pleasure of dealing with your company. Eight years ago you replaced all of my windows and the quality of your product made such a difference to the appearance, heating cost of my home as well as significantly reducing the outside noise level.
More importantly, at that time your installation team was wonderful. They were efficient and a pleasure to have in my home for the week's duration.
I had no hesitation in recommending your firm to my daughter and friend who subsequently dealt with you and were equally pleased. This year when I wanted to replace a back door and eavestrough there was little question in my mind as to where I would go.
I spent several years in the service industry and public relations and I reached the following conclusion. Sales and the quality of merchandise are important. However, if the customer had more contact with the installation team and if they are dismissive, condescending or generally unpleasant you will have an unhappy client and in a town as small as Aurora that is fatal. Estate did an excellent job; the installers were very patient and calm.
